I’m not just a fitness coach — I’m someone who’s been in your shoes.

Over the past few years, I’ve gone through two major body transformations — not for a photo shoot or social media likes, but to take control of my health and life.


🛤 My Journey

I was a bit over weight since the start of my life and I never thought about being fit or healthy. I was living in the moment and eating carb rich unhealthy food was my habit. Paratha, puri & chole bhature were my primary choices for food. In 2020, I weighed 90 kg and felt completely lost. Then I got to know about the Intermittent Fasting and I started following Intermittent Fasting along with yoga and home workouts, and within 6 months, I lost 21 kg purely through discipline, clean eating, and consistency.​

Fitness Trasnformation

The image above is from that transformation. The first time in my life I had visible abs. It felt incredible. I was living my fittest life and genuinely enjoying it, while also helping others on their fitness journeys. That’s when I decided to share my experience with a wider audience and social media felt like the perfect platform.

But I also understood one hard truth:

People don’t believe what you say — they believe what you show.

So in 2024, I made a bold decision. I purposely gained weight around 20 kg over 8–9 months so I could document my transformation in real time, in front of my audience. I wanted to prove that transformation is possible, again and again, with the right systems, mindset, and guidance and I wanted to be the example.

At the end of 2024, I was back at 92 kg. But this time, I used everything I’d learned, added strength training and better nutrition strategies, and brought myself down to 72 kg in just 6 months feeling stronger, healthier, and more balanced than ever before. I documented everything on Instagram and you guys liked my journey and transformation.

These two journeys weren’t just about weight loss. They were about reshaping my mindset, rebuilding my confidence, and creating a lifestyle I could sustain without extreme diets or punishment workouts
